29th June

Hello hows everyone going?

Sounds like the weathers great over there!!
Its awesome here its just like a NZ summer,

I went to Wimbledon to watch the tennis yesterday and am very burnt despite having a hat and sunscreen on. It was such an awesome day its amazing to watch those players play.

It took me 4 1/2 hrs in a queue to get in, there was 9000 tickets to be sold and i was 8955 in the line!! but when i got in it was all worth it.

Grandad you could never offend me, don't stress about it.

here are some photos of where i live.

Had a lovely meeting today, i took the families little car today which makes getting there a lot easier, the first week on the bus and trains went very well but last week i got to the train station and the ticket guy informed me that "the trains weren't running that way today" ( that time of the month i guess, who can blame them!!) so that was a pain in the butt and had to get Victor (who's home the meeting is in) to come and pick me up.

well that's about it for now, I'm off to bed.

goodnight all.Check Spelling

24th June

Well hello again.

lovely that you are all so interested in what I'm up to here, its just not that exciting now I've started work so not much to write about.
work is going very well the kids are great its all very busy.

I'm getting the roads all sorted here, driving is like playing dodge ball ( mum hope you're not reading this!) Good thing i like dodge ball!!!
Auckland's going to seem like a drive in the park.

Little Freddy has learnt my Name and is trying very hard to wear it out.
Everything He See's he points out. our conversations go like this:
"Kate" to which you reply "yes Freddy" "Bus" and it repeats over and over till you block it out and sound like a broken record going 'yes Freddy, yes Freddy."

The golf is going well too, I've found a driving range not far from here and went out there last week have my first lesson this week so I'm looking forward to that. Greenwich park ( just next door) has a putting coarse so i can do that there and i take the kids for a walk or bike in the park so i can practice my chipping. Also was teaching the girls how to play the other day so its going well.

Thanks Nana for checking my spelling, I tell you school teachers in my day were rubbish at there job . did you get my post card?

love to you all.
Thanks for the comments.

10th June

Hello again how are you all?
I'm all good and dandy.

I've moved into Greenwich now with the family i'm working for.
I've been on two driving lessons which all went well, I think the driving insturctor was a little stricken with me and gushed on about me to my boss! it was all a little funny i don't think they are use to young poeple with manors around here,

Anyway just across the road from where i live is greenwich Park which is just massive, it would take hrs to walk around it and its sooo beautiful.
It has the most amazing views of London.

Not that you can see much from that but look on bebo and you'll find some more.

Yesterday after my driving lesson I walked into Blackheath which is a little village 20 mins walk away to have a look around. Its rather cute but doesn't have too much there.

I'm going into Piccadilly Circus tomorrow to get a golf set which is very exciting.

Today it was Amy the eldest Girls Birthday so that was all very cool she got lots of presents.
This is Amy and Evie in their New dresses, Amy on the right.
Below is the girls with Mum Sam
Bottom is Freddie bit of a cute ratbag.

Oh Well tme for a sleep,
catch you later.

6th June

Well hello again.

I've had a busy few days, On Wednesday i went to Covent garden which is a lovely wee place where they have markets and lots of little ally ways full of shops. There is also the royal opera House which i did a tour through, it is amazing I'm planning to go and see an opera there one day.
the opera house

I also there watched a busker get out of a straight jacket in 1.30 minutes, little gross as he pulled his shoulder out of his socket to do it.

Yesterday i went to Bond st which is another great shopping place, Also was where Handel live and composed some of his music so i went through there also.

Today i went out to the family I'm working for and spent the afternoon looking after the kids.

When i got home Kate and Ail where here and we went out for tea for Ails 30th birthday at an awesome place called ping pong, Eastern cuisine kind of thing.

Well Hello!!

Look at this, Another website for me to waste time on how exciting!!
Well I'm in London now just been here 2 weeks.
Its all pretty exciting with loads to do and the shops are just great!
It all looks just like it does in the pictures only difference is you get to hear them talk!! Which really is quite funny.
I've so far been to the History Museum which is an awesome building but gets a little boring inside. Yesterday i went on an open bus tour around London and saw the London bridge, the London tower, the London eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby and so many other places i don't remember or care to much about.
It was the anniversary of the Queens coronation yesterday too ( I'm sure you all remembered and had a moments silence for her) so there was a 62 gun solute, which was amazing for the first few but come on 62!!
I Went to kensington Palace today which was pretty neat Another awesome building, the ceilings were just stunning! And the gardens were lovely.
