Catch Up

I've had a few people note that its been a while since I last updated my blog. Not really sure where to start so I guess i'll start with some recent purchases. I have brought some great French Cook books from the Book depository, not that I have used them yet but I can't wait too.

When we were leaving Christchurch I brought this cardie, I think Mark is the only one who hasn't seen it. But it is very important to have his opinion. Pretty awful photo

I found Some Awesome sandles the other day and thought they would be great for summer, I don't have anything that goes with them so I guess I will have to go shopping again soon. oh well.

And I'm sure you all know I brought an I-pad last week. It has proved to be very fun. Great for taking pictures, playing games and keeping you awake in class (not to mention completely distracted). Only problem I have come across so far is that the battery only lasts 10 hours so thats not quite the length of a good game of angry birds.

Marco and I had morning tea in Ponsonby this Morning, he was doing a thomas puzzle while we got our hot chocolate and tea. kids seem to love it, you can get apps (applications which are downloaded, for all those who are not applites) of story books and it reads them aloud to the kids and has colouring in and puzzles from the pictures.

This is the result from a friendly game of football on Saturday.

My busy day last Thursday included building a car (think it has a little more style than the Daewoooo)

Thats all for now, sorry its a little all over the place.

The last few day

Its been Very busy the last few days. On Thursday Marco and I built an entire town ( Then we caught all the badies, ripped their heads off and threw then into jail).
The Police Station

Thursday Night I babysat for a family with two lovely wee girls. Got home very late and didn't really feel like getting up in the morning.

On Friday Marco and I went swimming, This was the first time Marco had been in my car. He wanted to know what happened to the zuki that I had before, I told him that I was just borrowing that till I got my new one. Then he asks what kind of car was this one, After a pause I told him it was a daewoo, he then asked "whats a daeWOOOOOO?" then proceeded to tell me that it sounds like their really old car that they have at the bach. So sweet.

Friday afternoon and eveing I was babysitting for another family, I finished about 8 and on my way home picked up chicken on rice from the turkish place. I went around a corner and it slid off the dashboard and ended upside down on the floor. So that was fun to clean up.

On Saturday I went with Amy and Matt down to the mall, found a dress I quite like

Then we went for Coffee, in my case Hot Chocolate.

Had a lovely afternoon sleep then went for a swim.

I went Babysitting again saturday night and watched the rugby, It was a great game.

Today (Sunday) was a bit stressful as I was Babysitting from 12 till 4 for a family, only it took 30 minutes to get from the meeting to there place and the meeting went over by 15 minutes. So was a bit late for that. Just had a lovely Dinner of Roast Pork Belly! it was pretty good.

Have a good week.
