Just an update

Not that much has been going on here lately that's of much interest but it's been pretty busy. I looked after the twins for the weekend so their Mum could have a break. They both came down with a cold and I picked it up too. It was a very long night Saturday night as they were both in my room and spent all night coughing and crying. I didn't sleep at all. They were very good during the day and we had lots of fun.

At 20 weeks Leo has started eating, pretty cute and very messy.

I went to Newmarket this afternoon and had a lovely lunch at wagamamas, (no idea if that's how it's spelt)

Finally chose new glasses, taking awhile to get use to them, they look so big. They are a really dark purple as the black was really heavy looking.

Spent lots of time with Leo lately, he's staying up for much longer and lots of fun to talk to and play with.

Saturday

It's been a long day. It started this morning with a lovely breakfast out with Amy and Matt. We then went to see their house and to see how it is going. Looks very much like a shell.

We then went to the garden place on the way to the airport to see aunty Jos come in.

Aunty Eve was very excited

After lunch with everyone we went over to the north shore to look at some furniture for Mum, was a neat wee shop lots of amazing things.

Then it was time for a cup of tea and a cupcake.

On Friday and Saturday I helped Amy and Matt move into there apartment. There was lots of packing and lifting but it all went very well. Boss is all settled in and happy playing his mouse game.

Boss's big trip

WAKE UP it's 4.50am!!!

After having breakfast Boss popped into his cage and we took off to Nelson.
He wasn't too happy on the trip to the airport, so he sat with his head out of his cage so he could mewl and let everyone know he wasn't happy.

I then posted him off down the fragile and oversize shoot

We're in Nelson

Meet another creature at the door

Who then stalked Boss down the hall

They both sat and growled at each other for a while, but I think Boss is settling in alright

Blue is needing an extra bit of fussing though

Matakana

Caroline and I took the kids up to Matakana this morning for the day to see her sister and girls. It was a gorgeous day and I had my first swim in the sea of the summer.

They have hired out a really cute Bach

Leo was great all day, still smiling when we got home.

Looking forward to going home tomorrow.
